You will stay in a quiet nice 110m² family house with 4 bedrooms, terrace and garden overlooking the medieval city of Carcassonne.
On the ground floor :

• Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge- freezer, microwave oven, toaster, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and coffeemaker . Crockery and cutlery for 8 people.
• Dining room and living room with sofa, LCD large flat screen TV and WIFI.
• Table, iron, vacuum cleaner and cleaning required.
• WC.
• SPA

On 1st floor:

• 2 double bedrooms with a large bed 180x200
•  2 twin rooms : 90x200
• 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower , heated towel rail

• Terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers

Reservation policy
Minimum stay: 3 nights in low season.
Check-in any time between 16:00 hrs to 21:00 hrs and departure between 9:00hrs to 12:00hrs.
A  of 30% deposit  of the total amount of the stay is required 14 days prior the arrival. The balance  and the city taxes are payable at the hotel directly.
Cancellation: no show and reservation cancelled less than 15 days prior the arrival:  the deposit is non-refundable.
